These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Mail Sweeper  (the "Add-On") offered by Apurva Mayank("we," "us," or "our") for integration with Google Workspace. By using the Add-On, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Add-On.

The Add-On offers specific features and functionality designed for use within Google Workspace. We may update or modify the Add-On from time to time, and your continued use of the Add-On constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Add-On after the changes signify your agreement to the revised Terms.
